On August 16, Ho Song held a Smart Manufacturing Demonstration Event to showcase the value-added applications of smart manufacturing. The event attracted industry leaders from machinery equipment, automotive parts manufacturing, and metal products sectors. Through on-site visits to smart production lines, the event facilitated cross-industry exchanges of innovative technologies, inspiring more enterprises to move towards smart manufacturing and digital transformation.
Ho Song is headquartered in Kaohsiung, and has been established for over 40 years. With two major production bases in Taiwan and Vietnam, the company has actively transformed in recent years by implementing smart production. It has successfully entered the supply chain of the world's largest Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) equipment manufacturer and initiated the AS13100 aerospace certification in 2023. Leveraging its extensive experience in precision metal processing, Ho Song continuously improves product quality, expands cross-industry product development, strengthens system integration, and applies AI technology. Its products span semiconductor equipment, medical, and aerospace industries, serving top-tier global customers.

With support from the Industrial Development Bureau, Ho Song collaborated with Ko Chi Enterprise to integrate the "Smart Quality Self-Optimization Module for Semiconductor Key Components" into its production line. This initiative has significantly improved production efficiency, product yield, and carbon reduction benefits, successfully implementing smart applications and setting a new direction for smart manufacturing in the industry.
In the future, with the advancement of artificial intelligence and big data analytics, Ho Song will continue to align with global trends, enhancing smart machining technology and intelligent production capacity. By staying ahead of market movements, the company aims to pioneer a new blue ocean market in the metal processing industry.
