After passing the government’s "Rooted in Taiwan" initiative in 2020, Ho Song Enterprise began planning and constructing a new factory. Today, the company announced the completion and inauguration of its second factory in Taiwan.
Ho Song Enterprise, a specialist in high-density metal machining parts, announced the completion and inauguration of its second factory in Taiwan today, marking a significant step in its next phase of expansion. General Manager Wei-Chung Chang stated that after two years of pandemic impact and rising geopolitical tensions, the global supply chain is undergoing dramatic changes. The decades-long concept of global procurement (long-chain) is gradually shifting towards regional procurement (short-chain). Additionally, industries worldwide are facing a general labor shortage, making 2023 a particularly challenging year.
Founded in the early 1980s, Ho Song Enterprise has accumulated over 40 years of experience in precision metal machining. Its clientele includes top-tier global manufacturers, and the company holds AS9100 certification.
Ho Song Enterprise currently operates two production bases in aiwan and Vietnam, with approximately 230 employees. After passing the government’s "Rooted in Taiwan" initiative in 2020, the company began planning and constructing a new factory. The new facility is located adjacent to Ho Song’s first factory, with a floor area of over 5,000 square meters. It primarily focuses on the production of high-precision components for applications in semiconductor equipment, medical devices, and low-orbit satellite aerospace industries.
In addition to expanding its existing range of machinery and equipment, the new factory has established a cleanroom to meet customers' high cleanliness standards for workpieces. It has also set up a specialized processing department and gradually integrated various information management systems. By comprehensively upgrading both hardware and software, Ho Song aims to provide customers with superior service quality.

With sustainability becoming an increasingly important issue, Ho Song Enterprise has incorporated "sustainable" design principles into its new factory. The facility features solar panels and energy-efficient planning. Additionally, through the renovation of dining and dormitory areas, the company aims to provide employees with a better working environment and atmosphere. A workplace mentorship program has also been introduced to ensure that every employee has access to a safe and high-quality working environment.
