Heat Treatment

• Ho song provide various heat treatment such as High-frequency induction hardening, Quenching, Annealing, Tampering, Normalize, Carbonize, Hot Vacuum, Nitride, Tufftride and more. We will also evaluate carefully the distortion before and after heat treatment to prevent unsatisfied product.

Surface Treatments

• Ho song has various surface treatments experience such as Yellow Zinc plating, Zinc plating, Nickle plating, Electroless Nickel plating, Chromate, Hard chromate, Black oxide, Phosphate, Anodize, Hard anodize, Passivation, Powder coating and more.

Gearing

• Ho song has experience on WORMGEAR and gear cutting both Internal and external.

Other machining

• Ho Song also has experience on other machining beside Turning and Milling. For example: Tapping, Grinding, Wirecut Electrical Discharge, Polishing, Broaching, forging machining, casting machining, Aluminum Extrusion , Copper Extrusion and laser cutting etc.
